Online tutoring
24/7 tutoring is available for undergraduate and graduate students through Tutor.com where you can get assistance in over 250+ subjects through text, voice or video. And, you can connect with peers and find answers to your questions through the Online Study Hub.
Follow the below steps to get Tutor.com support:
- Log in to My ASU.
- Select "Tutoring" within the "Academic Support Team" menu, which will take you to Tutor.com.
- Choose how you'd like to access support, including on-demand or by scheduling a time in advance.
Counseling through 360 Life Services
Through 360 Life Services, you can access free, 24/7 counseling and crisis intervention by chat and phone, or scheduled appointments by phone, video, or in person. You can also receive referrals to relevant ASU resources and local community resources including medical, basic needs, child or elder care, and more. Download the app to get support anytime, anywhere, and take advantage of virtual fitness, wellbeing content, and health assessments included.
Financial aid
Paying for school is often top of mind for ASU Online students and we’re here to support you where we can. From navigating the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to locating scholarship and grant opportunities, the financial aid website is packed with resources. If you have questions, connect with your success coach or contact the financial aid office below.
Success coach
Both a motivator and resource expert, your success coach is your go-to partner in your educational journey. Your coach can provide you with tips for managing your time, stress and priorities. Find your coach on your My ASU homepage under ‘Academic Support Team’. Schedule your next appointment today.
